I have an ave 28 day cycle i ovu around day 14 on day 23 i had what i thought was implantation, however on day 31, af starts could i still be pregnant?

Hard to know: If 'af' means menstrual bleeding and your home test is negative than your are not pregnant. If you have not done a home test and your cycle is unusually light then still could be pregnant. If miniminal or light bleeding subsides i would wait another week and then repeat a pregnancy test.
