Yes : You are pregnant once the sperm and egg meet and form a zygote. That will then implant usually 8 days later as an embryo. Your home pregnancy test will be positive about 2 weeks later. It's impossible to know however if your bleeding is implantation bleeding or bleeding not related to implantation.
