Vitamin levels: First, vitamin d. White people should have values >30. Black people have lower values because of vitamin binding differences. While the 50k per week won't harm you, if you are black, you values can and should stay lower. If you have a severe anemia due to B12 deficiency, then the shots for a month are adequate. Then take B12 orally 1000 mcg per day - an o=otc medication.
