Non-stop abdominal pain/pressure has been going on for four days, it's my upper middle abdominal. ct and blood work came back normal. what could it be?

Abdominal Pain: There are many causes of non-stop abdominal pain, ranging from mild inflammation of stomach such as gastritis, acid reflux, ulcer, gallstone, inflammation of pancreas (pancreatitis), or even appendicitis. If this is very severe and persistent, you should definitely go see your doctor for a follow-up.

Gallstones: Is there a family history of gallbladder issues. Maybe an ultrasound is in order. And if that is normal a hida scan with cck can rule out biliary dyskinesia.
