Proper oral: Hygiene is the best way to attack the breath issue. Thorough brushing and flossing is essential. Get a tongue scraper and instructions on tonge cleaning, a lot of breath issues are related to buildup of bacteria and debris in the tongue. Remember that what you eat has a considerable role in breath. Good luck!

Many causes...: Bad breath or halitosis, can have several causes, and it is sometimes multi-factorial. Accumulation of plaque ; tartar in between ; behind the teeth, ; presence of cavities are common causes.
