A member asked:

Hello! i have pain in the medial side of both upper limbs joint ( ulnar nerve region ). is it a nerve complication or just a myalgia?

Cubital tunnel: The ulnar nerve runs in a groove on the inside (medial) of the elbow. When the ulnar nerve is irritated by a bump of the elbow, people often refer to it as their funny bone. Sleeping with arms bent, talking on the phone for an extended time, driving with the arm on top of the steering wheel or resting the elbow on a hard surface can cause pain, numbness or hand weakness.

I am not sure: It may be muscular in both arms, as less likely for nerve problems bilaterally, but without an exam and possible testing like a nerve conduction study (emg), it would be difficult to tell you for sure. Best wishes.

In the absence...: In the absence of numbness going to your last two digits, likely not ulnar neuropathy. By locat1ion pinpointed by you, medial epicondylitis is most likely- otherwise called "golfer's elbow!".
