Not structural: Functional vs. Structural/anatomic is a dichotomization that used to be popular but getting outdated. It used to be that if there is no detectable brain lesion, then a disease is considered "functional". For example, brain tumor is not a functional disorder while depression is. Advances in brain imaging technology increasingly show structural changes in all brain disorders.
