Exercise!: Exercise your upper back, chest and shoulders-- the muscles then help pull your posture into better position. Also, sit without slouching. When walking, a friend told me that her skating coach told her to walk as if you had a string in the middle of the top of your head pulling you upward. (like walking balancing a book on the top of your head) Don't try to keep shoulders tense while doing this.
