Inflammation: It is inflammation of the epididymis which is a curved convoluted tubular structure behind the testicle with a lumen in which sperms mature. The condition may be acute or chronic. If you were diagnosed with it,I am assuming you must be on an antibiotic. If you suspect you have it,see a doctor.
