Use w/ caution.: Clomipramine may cause the levels of Phentermine to go up or down. You may want to be cautious when using Phentermine for weight loss, esp. If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions or thyroid disease. There are safer alternatives including eating a healthy diet and engaging in regular exercise.
