Tips on implants: Have the best surgeon and restorative dentist you can find diagnose and plan the case. Don't be impatient, this is generally a long process but well worth the money and the time invested. Don't look for bargains or immediate results.

Dental implant: The dental implant procedure is usually a three stages process requiring a minor oral surgery that is performed by your dentist or an oral surgeon. After implant is integrated a crown is placed that looks, feels, and functions like your natural teeth. If dental implant properly cared for, they can last a lifetime!

Start with the Prosthodontist -the specialist in reconstruction.They are the captain of the implant team.Though there has been debate over the last 30 years, the current thinking is that screw-retained crowns are preferred over cemented crowns.Ask about this.Also, the occlusion (bite) is very important and should be carefully developed/checked
