Seborrhea: Sounds like you are describing seborrhea or psoriasis. Seborrhea should respond to washing a couple times a week with selsun blue medicated shampoo. Psoriasis will not. If it does not respond, see a your doctor or a dermatologist for further diagnosis. Good luck!
