Talk to your Doctor: If abdominal pain is due to constipaion magnesium cirtate will work. If it is due to acid reflux (Magesium hydroxide is better than citrate) the citric acid of magesium citrate will worsen the pain. If pain is due to other causes it will not work. Check kidney function before taking extra magnesium in any form.
