Travel exercise : It can sometimes be quite difficult to exercise while traveling. In that case, you can try to do exercises in the hotel room to maintain fitness. I recommend to "cycle through" a series of exercises to get the heart rate up and work the major muscle groups. Push-ups, jumpies, running in place, abd crunches, lunges, jumping jacks etc can be done in a sequence or with a deck of cards. Keep it fun.
