please tell me what are benefits of magnesium tablets for older women?

Magnesium tablets: Most Americans (and most likely most people in general) are low or suboptimal in their magnesium. This predisposes to constipation, muscle cramping, muscle spasms, muscle tension, headaches, and abnormal heart rhythm, especially when taking certain medications like azithromycin. Those are all great reasons for an older woman to take magnesium.
