Throat Pain: Schedule an appointment with your physician for an examination. Pain when swallowing along with a lump in your throat can be elicited by many things, including strep throat, inflamed tonsils, gastric reflux and several other concerns. Your doctor will best be able to diagnose your symptoms and provide the appropriate treatment. Today, take Aspirin (if you are able to) to relieve the discomfort!
