Arrhythmia: Typically arrhythmias come and go and this characteristic does not discriminate between benign and malignant arrhythmias.....Except that malignant arrhythmias can come and you go!

It depends : 43 years old with intermittent ( comes and goes ) arrhythmia. Some arrhythmia from the bottom chamber of the heart can be serious even if intermittent and others are not.Majority of arrhythmia from the top chamber of the heart are not serious. See a doctor to identify the exact arrhythmia.
