Could use your help docs! my father is suffering from renal parenchymal?

Renal disease: Your father's diagnosis was obtained from an ultrasound that showed some disease of his kidneys. He needs to see a nephrologist (N) to get a 24 hour urine for creatinine clearance and protein to see if he has proteinuria (P) and what his kidney function is. The N will find out if he is hypertension or has diabetes. The ultrasound is interpreted by a radiologist and is, a subjective finding.
