Oncology referral: Stage IV lung cancer is noncurable but it is treatable in that your father's quality of life and the length of his life can be increased by medical care. He needs to see an concologist to get personalized recommendations for his medical care.

Conflicting info one doc says small cell lung cancer cannot be ruled out by unremarkable chest ct scan. Another doc says it can as sclc is exceptionally unlikely with nothing significant on ct. Any radiologists here have any views. Thank you.
