See your Eye Doctor!: If your eyes feel hard as stones, it could mean your intraocular pressure is up, but this can only be measured in an ER or eye doctor's office. Have this checked out as soon as possible. Also, if your angles are closing, this can increase pain inside the eyeball. In either case, a physical exam by your PCP would be the first place to start or with your eye doctor.
