A member asked:

My bpm is 66 at resting, wondering is this normal or good?

Pulse of 66: A pulse of 66 is normal at rest. If your pulse increases during exercise, that is walking around, you have no problem. If you cannot increase your pulse rate during exercise or feel weak when do so, see your physician. Good luck.
