Need help docs! my 3 year olds toes are overlapping what can this mean?

That he has : Overlapping toes, most of the time that's all it means. A foot doc could straighten them out. They will be able to advise you if thre is any conservative treatment like splinting if they deem that a possibility (which i doubt).
