What could be wrong if my left collar bone pain that goes down my arm and up my neck.?

Pinched nerve: This sounds like it could be a pinched nerve in the cervical spine, which can cause radiating pain down the neck into the shoulder and down the arm. Alternatively, there could be shoulder pathology causing similar symptoms. Even upper lung pathology can cause similar symptoms. This can be difficult to differentiate so see a physician if symptoms persist.
