Personal trainer : First see your pcp to make sure you are in good cardiovascular health to begin working out. Sometimes seeing a good personal trainer can be very helpful to get started again( walking, ex bike, elliptical, swimming , stair master) and see which aerobic work-out is best for you. Start slow and gradually increase workouts to avoid overuse injuries.Wt.Training can begin later.Dieticician helpful too!
