Hair spray: Different products have different chemical compositions. Some may contain aerosol propellants, alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone plastic or formaldehyde. Aerosol hair spray is extremely flammable

Hi I am a 26 year old female experiencing shortness of breath (If i have conversations or walk) and I have been getting hot (comes and goes daily).
So when I talk long-windedly, (not just a conversation, more like if I were to talk on stage) I get short of breath and chest feels tight, and cant get a deep breath for minutes after. I have pectus excavatum so does that relate? What could be wr?
