Need a LOT more info: Generally "bumps" or masses that have been present for years are not very likely to be anything dangerous, but if it's growing/painful/worrying you, they should be checked out. I have no idea if it came after trauma or infection, if it is visible to other, painful, or associated with skin changes. See your doctor for further workup.

Hello. I have colorless bumps on forehead for years...I've used many topic creams but no avail. Dermatologist prescribed a sulfur cleanser but only had temporary effect.
Years ago, bumped my forehead hard. It was bruised & what looks like calcified hematoma or m ossificans left small bump. Is surgery only option now?
