NO : The flu affects humans not dogs. The flu is also an airborne respiratory infection ( cough fever) not vomiting. That said you can get other bacteria from kissing a dog which can get you nauseous and people tend to say stomach flu but its not a flu. The incidence of getting an infection from your healthy pet is not that common.

Don't know of : stomach flu's. Zoonoses effecting dogs that can be directly or indirectly transmitted to humans & that involve the GI tract of one or the other include: Salmonellosis (bacteria), Giardiasis (intestinal protozoa), Strongyloidiasis (parasite) & Campylobacter enteritis (bacteria). Don't know of any intestinal flu that is transmitted between dog & human.
