This is a probably: a viral illness which any child or adult can get. The treatment will depend on the exact symptoms. At that age I would call her pediatrician to discuss further. If she is vomiting, let her stomach rest for an hour or 2, then start sips of clear fluids like Pedialyte. Make sure she is having wet diapers ...but again, please call her doctor.
