M.D. visit.: Determining what triggers your wheezing and trying to avoid the triggers is one step in the management. Mattress and pillow covers, keeping bath/house clean, windows closed on high pollen days are some methods to decrease exposure. Your physician will provide inhaler(s) to control your wheezing. Allergy testing and pulmonary testing also may be completed at your visit.
