Good: If tumor greater than 0.5 cm, then i would recommend adjuvant herceptin (trastuzumab). If she does not have a lot of medical problems, one would also consider adding chemotherapy as well. If er +, then would also recommend an aromatase inhibitor. With a her2 positive tumor, there is a target to block. That improves the outcome. Hope this helps.
