Very complicated: Bipolar disorder in a child is complex to diagnose and treat, and it definitely requires an expert. A thorough evaluation (and ongoing follow-up) by a child psychiatrist with expertise in this area is necessary. No competent doctor would offer recommendations online, without a detailed history and through examination.
