Depends: If the kid is taking fluids well enough to wet diapers every 6 hours, eating some and playful at times you can monitor this at home. Encourage fluids, simple feedings and use Ibuprofen for comfort if needed. If the feedings drop off, wetting slows to 8 hrs or more, playful periods stop, it is time to be seen.
