Transient global amnesia treatment?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Typical no need: Tga, by virtue of being transient, resolves spontaneously without treatment. It is usually thought to be a migraine aura-based mechanism. Do no harm and reassure the person of what they are asking about would be my advise.
