Need more info: I have no idea how long this has been going on for or if you have any symptoms associated, which makes it hard to answer. This can be from nasal allergies, reflux, or an acute allergic reaction. If you can't breathe properly, you should seek immediate medical attention. Otherwise, consider seeing an ENT to have your throat checked out.
