See a Neurologist: Headaches have become their own specialty. Given the severity of your condition it has advanced beyond the scope of most general practitioners.
At this point i would recommend seeing a neurologist who specializes in headaches.

MIGRAINE: Headache is not associated with any structural abnormality.It is episodic, unilateral, throbbing, maybe severe lasting x few hours to days. Neuro exam and ct scan neg.Rx to prevent it is available.
