Get 2nd opinion DO: You can get a 2nd opinion from an osteopathic physician who can do a complete musculoskeletal examination of your right side, and diagnose and treat you, so you can get some relief. S/he can also examine you physically to see if there are any underlying causes involved. There are many things that can cause it depending on what you were doing 3 weeks ago when the symptoms appeared.
