Cold Tummy: Cold tummy as you are describing it (to the touch) is most likely not a serious medical condition. It could be due to poor circulation but is unlikely to be the case in 34 year old. Unless there are other symptoms along with this symptom, i would carefully observe or have a doctor take a look.
