Slow down Breaths: You are having a panic attack. This is not life threatening in any way and it is very common for young people. You are carrying too much stress in your chest and your chest muscles are tight, tired, and your brain and heart need better oxygen. Take deep breaths. Try to think of less stressful things. Then take this and practice it. How do I breathe myself to calmness? That is a good habit.
