Yes: If you had your tubes tied in your early 20's your chance of pregnancy over lifetime is about 1 in 200. Definitely could happen, though very unlikely. Take a home pregnancy test to be certain. The answer will be quick and accurate and then if it's negative, see what your doctor says about missed period. Could be weight (thin/heavy), thyroid, pituitary, stress. Be well!
