Is there something that i can eat to boost cognition?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not really: Forever is a very long time. However, a few directions: research in alzheimer's has suggested benefits in controlling cholesterol, preventing obesity, and diabetes, and hypertension. A good exercise program, and using your brain regularly by cognitive activities has been shown of great value. Dietary benefits from fish, red wine, mediterranean diet, is useful.
