Hospital visit: You might want to wait until you fever goes away. Then wear a mask and try not to get close to him.

1 week post-recovery: Since your father is immuno-compromised, you must not visit him until after full recovery from your illness. As extra precaution, wait an extra week.

You can visit him no: If he is well and his blood counts are normal(now) then it is safe to visit him.Just take precautions to avoid direct contact and pass your virus on to him(even handshake can pass the flu virus to the close contacts). Avoid coughing openly in the air...Use a generous napkin if you cough or sneeze. Good luck.

When better: When your fever resolves and you are better with resolution of symptoms, then after 24h without symptoms, you can visit.
