No. : If there is any doubt or reason to think the sterility of these syringes are compromised then using them to inject anything into the body is very dangerous. They are cheap enough. Go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist to help find what you need.

For what?: If sterile, and packaged, they could be fine. They have to put dates on items even if usable. And if not for a sterile use, they would likely be fine to irrigate something, depending.
