Generally just time: While a mild withdrawal syndrome from marijuana has been reported, it is nothing like what you see with opioids and alcohol/benzos, and generally some mild irritability, sleep disturbances and anxiety, which can be treated symptomatically if needed. An anti-anxiety drug for a few days to a week is usually adequate. Replacing it with a program-counseling, exercise, better coping skills takes longer.
