Day 4 after ivf transfer, feeling lower pains and peeing alot. is this positive signs? please advise soon.

No: The pain you are feeling is likely due to the instrumentation that occurred during the transfer, as implantation and pregnancy at this point wouldn't cause any pain. Also, peeing a lot typically is a sign of a bladder infection.... You might want to get that checked out in case you have one. Urgent care or your doctor should be able to help.
