Yes: If you had an embryo transfer (et) 16 days ago then a home pregnancy test should be positive by now. To be safe, do not stop any of your medications until your dr has given you the results of the blood test - some healthy pregnancies have low HCG levels at the start, which can give you a positive blood pregnancy test with a negative urine pregnancy test.
