De stress!: Easy as that is to say. Stress can affect your cycle and give it another month to come back and try to relax and not worry about it.

Be calm - let your: doctor know. In the meantime - work on managing your stress. To address stress: Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol (or moderate). Relax: Second to pregnancy, causes for a missed cycle may include , but are not limited to an anovulatory cycle, thyroid disease, weight changes,and anxiety. Try to stress less, and if your cycle continues to be absent, see your Dr. for an evaluation.
