Depends : Depends ok the reason for the medication. I would discuss this with your cardiologist (the office should hopefully have a call line ). If you have a serious heart rhythm problem the md may suggest you take an extra dose to be safe. But you also don't want to take too much. Try and contact your md to get their recommendation.
