I woke up with 4 blood spots around my varicose veins what could that mean?

Varicose veins: This may indicate rupturing underneath the surface of the skin of these varices, and should be addressed. Definitive treatment of these varicose veins would make the most sense

Bleeding V V's: If you have varicose veins and blood near the veins you may have bled from the veins. This requires immediate evaluation and treatment. If the veins are the cause of the bleeding initially sclerotherapy can be done to seal any bleeding point then a venous ultrasound would be indicated and any further tretment dependent on the ultrasound finings.
