This afternoon a sharp pain started at the bottom of my neck (where my neck and shoulder meet) extremely painful. i can hardly move. it's getting wost?

Neck pain: Pain in this region could be muscular, orthopedic or neurological in nature. Be sure that there is no rash in the area that might represent a dermatological issue. If the pain is very local, likely to be something at that site. If there are any symptoms that radiate, this might represent a nerve issue. Sounds like it needs evaluation and an examination.
