If i had some kind of chronic vasculitis, would my white blood cells and/or crp be high when i was symptomatic?

Yes, sometime: Vasculitis is a inflammation of blood vessels. When there is an inflammation, the marker for inflammations tend to go up. These CRP and white blood cells are inflammatory markers. CRP is more indicative of such events than wbcs.
